A premium tile showroom needed to improve the way its products were presented. Under the existing lighting, the color variation, surface texture and finish of many tile collections were not shown clearly enough, making it harder for visitors to appreciate the true value of the products.

Scene

The project covered key showroom display zones, including wall-mounted tile displays, sample boards, feature walls and customer consultation areas. The lighting needed to work across a wide range of materials, from matte and polished tiles to natural stone and textured surfaces.

The goal was to create a consistent, professional display environment that would:

Solution

SUNPOL developed a tailored commercial display lighting solution based on the showroom layout and the visual characteristics of the products.

The solution combined high-CRI LED track lighting with focused accent lighting for key display walls and flexible linear lighting for general illumination. Carefully selected beam angles helped direct light onto product surfaces, enhancing depth, texture and material detail without overwhelming the space.

To maintain a more consistent visual presentation across the showroom, the lighting solution used tight color consistency control. High color rendering helped visitors see tile colors more naturally, while the glare-controlled design created a more comfortable viewing experience.

SUNPOL also provided fixture selection guidance and lighting layout recommendations, helping the project team match lighting performance to different display areas and product types.

Result

The upgraded showroom created a clearer and more engaging product display experience. Tiles and stone surfaces appeared more natural, with improved visibility of color, texture and finish.

The flexible lighting layout made it easier for the showroom to highlight featured collections and adapt to future display changes. More importantly, the space now supports the brand’s premium positioning by turning lighting into an essential part of product presentation rather than simply a source of illumination.
